With over seven years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve developed a strong passion for compliance and employee advocacy. I’m SHRM-CP certified, and my areas of expertise include onboarding, I-9, employment law compliance, labor relations, and employee advocacy.
My greatest strength lies in Training & Development. Throughout my HR career, I’ve created and delivered numerous trainings by educating employees on procedures, training HR staff on processes, and guiding leadership on compliance and regulatory requirements.
